Our Policies

Some of our non-perishable gift baskets offer UPS Ground Service as a shipping method. UPS Ground Service normally takes 2-6 days depending on your shipping destination. UPS Ground delivery service does not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, choose 2-Day Air, Overnight Air or Saturday Delivery when offered as a shipping option at checkout. Not all shipping options are available for every product. All available shipping options will be listed for the product at checkout. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays.

Overnight and Express shipping is available for most of our products. All shipping options and the cost for each option is available at checkout. Overnight and Express Shipping will typically ship the same business day if the order is received before 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the next business day.

Single basket orders received by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday through Friday are usually shipped the same day. Single basket orders received after 11:00 EST will be shipped the next business day. We reserve the right to alter the cut-off time for same day shipping during holiday peaks.

We will not ship our products to a P.O. Box. Products must be shipped to a physical address.

SALES TAX
Trishley Gifts is located in New York State. The local sales tax rate will be added to all orders shipped to New York State.

WINE SALES
Due to varying state alcohol laws, Shipping Restrictions apply to our Wine Gift Baskets. Wine basket shipping restrictions vary by product. Please read each product description carefully to confirm that your recipient's state is included in the approved shipping list.

All wine and other alcoholic beverage products listed on the Retail Partner website are sold and delivered from AKA. All terms and conditions of sale established by AKA from time-to-time are binding on the Consumer. The terms and conditions can be located at; http://wine.com/cs/tos.asp.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY TRACKING
You will receive an automated email confirmation along with an order tracking number after you place your online order. Please include your order tracking number in all email and phone correspondence. Please also include your full name and shipping destination address. Delivery vendor tracking numbers from UPS and Federal Express are not immediately available, so we do not routinely email delivery tracking numbers to our customers.

REQUESTING DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBERS

LATE ARRIVALS
If your package is late to arrive, please do not hesitate to contact customer service at 585-301-6544 or email us at sales@trishleygiftbaskets.com. Please allow the normal maximum order processing times of 2-6 days (ground shipping) before contacting us. Please include your order tracking number, full name, and shipping address in all email and phone correspondence.

RETURN POLICY
Trishley Gifts guarantees 100% satisfaction and we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your gift basket, please email us at sales@trishleygiftbaskets.com or phone Customer Service at 585-301-6544. Please include your order/track number, name and shipping address.

Please input your order carefully. Trishley Gifts cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by our customers. Any additional shipping expenses incurred as a result of an incorrect address supplied by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
