GIFT BASKET ORDERING INFORMATION

  • Please supply complete customer information at checkout, including your name, address, and email address. Please supply your phone number in case a question arises concerning your order.

  • Please supply complete gift basket recipient address information and phone number if available. We will not call your gift recipient unless it is required to complete delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.


  • Gift cards with your personal message are included with all purchases. Please include a short message of up to 50 words (240 characters) in the box indicated.


  • Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. Delivery services will not forward to another address.


  • Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. The confirmation will list the recipient's name, item selected, total cost, estimated arrival date and order number. If you should notice a shipping discrepancy, please notify us immediately at sales@trishleygiftbaskets.com.

CAN YOU SHIP ORDERS THE SAME DAY THEY ARE ORDERED?
Most orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST Monday - Friday can ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will ship out the Next Business Day. For example, if you place an order after 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday. Orders received on Weekends will not be shipped until the following Monday. Orders received on Holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. We may be able to fulfill rush orders. If you miss the cut off of 11:00 a.m. EST, please contact customer service at our phone number (585-301-6544) and we will try to accommodate you.

CAN I ORDER A GIFT BASKET TO BE DELIVERED AT A FUTURE ARRIVAL DATE?
Yes. If you do not want your gift basket to be sent out immediately, you will need to specify the exact arrival date on the order. We will hold the order and ship on the appropriate date to achieve the specified arrival date. Please add your future arrival date in the gift recipient's message box before adding your message.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
Trishley Gifts carries products from several vendors. Shipping charges vary with each vendor and can be viewed with the price of each gift basket. The shipping amount listed directly under the gift basket price is typically the cost for ground shipping. If you would like your order expedited choose from 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, Priority Overnight, or Saturday delivery, if those options are available at checkout. Our perishable products must be shipped express so fewer shipping options will be available at checkout. To insure freshness, cut Flowers must be sent via overnight mail. The costs for each available shipping option for a product is listed at checkout.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
Yes. Our web site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the personal and financial information sent over the internet. WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD?
You are welcome to print out our Mail Order Form and mail a certified check or money order to Trishley Gifts, 6558 Fourth Section Road #209, Brockport, NY 14420-2472 (sorry, no personal checks accepted). Please keep in mind that your package will be delayed due to the extra mailing time.

E-checks payments are available to our customers through Paypal. You may choose Paypal as your payment option at checkout.

CAN I FAX MY ORDER?
You are welcome to print out our Mail Order Form and fax your order, with your signed credit card statement, to 585-637-9344. Most fax orders received by 11:00 a.m.EST Monday - Friday can ship the same day. All fax orders received after 11:00 a.m. EST will ship out the Next Business Day.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Customer Service will answer questions related to your website order. Please provide us your website order confirmation number and order date, and include your name and complete shipping address. Customer Service will also answer your product and general questions.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Trishley Gifts ships to the continental USA only and will not ship our products to foreign countries or to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

WHAT IS KOSHER FOOD?
Kosher food is prepared according to Jewish dietary guidelines or "Karut" which means proper.

ARE ALL OF YOUR GIFT BASKETS KOSHER?
No. Trishley Gifts carries a variety of gourmet gift baskets including kosher. The Kosher Gift Basket category contains only kosher foods. You will find kosher gifts in other departments. All kosher gifts are clearly labeled in either the title or description of the product.
